For industrial power 20kW is not uncommon. Go to RF and 200kW is not uncommon for broadcast.
Someone posted a Kronhite 7500 in another thread which has ±300 volt rails and I believe audio bandwidth...7500 watts into 4 ohms maybe.
If I was making a base band amp of this power would probably use a lot of tubes like the 833 (Ft=5gHz) to achieve the bandwidth/gain and finish it out with a totem pole stack of drivers and outputs transistors that would boggle the mind.

Be careful as those are not shocking voltages... those are deadly voltages.
