Hi!
How to design a high power 1:1 isolation output transformer?
Is the inductance important or only the voltage ratio?
I would start with a ca. 200VA iron and bifilar winding.

"how much" isolation - safety rated? low pri-sec C coupling?
hard to get high V, safety rating thin, tough magnet wire insulation
bifilar winding has much more capacitance than layers or split bobbin
and you need basic xfmr design info like Faraday law Bmax calculation, Lmag Z cut off, acceptable losses, distortion, frequency roll offs
a simplification is to use an example mains power winding and scale using the same (or lower) V*t product for your LF audio corner requirement
depending on your idea of "high power" you may need a much larger core to get enough turns for low frequency/reasonable Bmax and fat enough wire for low Rseries to not ruin damping ratio

It coud be something like parafeed OPT.
Since the transformers don't have the operating current going through the primary, exotic materials like nickle and cobalt can be used. The transformers can also be made small, for the same reason, so they can be wound with less capacitance in the primary, which helps high frequency response.
isolate for what purpose? - this is the SS forum
isolation for function? or audio output xfmr for "flavor"?
its much cheaper to use standard mains power transformers to isolate power - then you can use "inverted amp"/floating ps topologies

For example to use it with direct coupled SS amp as speaker protection.isolation for function?
In a step down version to use it as impedance maching too.
Sometime speakers likes galvanic isolation.....
Maybe the name "isolation" transformer " is not the best. Parafeed OPT should be better?
