The short and honest answer to the original question is - NO, there is no smaller speaker that can honestly compete for total quality, and only a handful that at similar size or larger.

I have Class-A amp - 15W / 8 Ohm
Would that be enough for Kairos? Or do I need an more powerful amp?

Most small monitors have relatively low efficiency specs (i.e. in the 83-86 dB range. So that presents a problem for a 15W amp. You should consider a powered speaker design. Perhaps one of the new powered KEF LS-50's on sale?
