I'm looking for some high efficiency drivers to partner with compression horns.

Currently looking at:
Volt BM251.4
B&C 12 PL 32

My criteria are to cover 50Hz to 1kHz in a 20-30l (ish) ported box. good efficency (I'm matching them to 107dB efficient horns), preferably 4Ohm drivers if possible and not silly expensive (those drivers give a good idea of cost). I'm looking for as close to HiFi as i can get, I want a sound that is dynamic, snappy and makes you grin.

what is there that is great that I don't know about? anyone got experience of those drivers, what are they like? I have the Voly BM220.8 studio drivers and like them, they have a pleasing sound that likes to be driven if that makes any sense.

Thanks guys

I've been looking at Precision Devices drivers in the UK recently, but I think they are quite expensive.
I'm probably going to try a set of Eminence drivers for a big project based on their price.

I don't know whether you'll find anything as sensitive as 107dB/w/m.

Tell me if you do though, as I'de love some!
