If it's not collapsing under load at the last inductor but is collapsing at the speaker terminals, what's between those two points?
it is not collapsing at the speaker terminals too.it only clips.now i know what you mean😱
but i dont understand why the amp only needs 10 amperes at 4 ohm load.
12V x10A=120W input
the manufacturer says 600W at 4 ohm load.

If you're using a speaker, it may not be a 4 ohm load at the frequency that you're driving into it.
test successful.
with a 1,8 ohm load (ohmic) the amp has a current consumption of 95 amperes at 12,5 volts.so everything is ok i think.....
I was irritated by the extreme loud and shrill clipping noise.other D-Class amps are much quieter.
Perry, thank you very much for your help.
I once again learned something 😉
