Hifonics bx1905d dc on outputs

Hi guys
i have this hifonics with the outputs shorted
i change all of them with the new ones IRF3710Z originals and the hip4080aipz, and change too the LM833N, LM393N and TC4013BP (i change this ics because i dont want to burn the hip40aipz because is expensive, so that is the reason i changed )

and i power on and works, but in the output Starts at .900v and slowly progresses up to 1.2v
