Is this driver card in the tutorial. What usually goes bad on the output cards? Some of the new outputs are heating up now as well. I found one of the transistors is shorted DK QP. I not sure how to find a part replacement. I would like to.just get them both npn and pnp.

This is class D - type 8. In some versions of the tutorial, the type 7 page has some information on these boards as well.
I didn't know you had installed the outputs. Troubleshooting May be easier without the outputs. Heating all 3 legs at once will remove them quickly if you cannot find any other faults.
