I've only repaired one but it had 20 ohm gate resistors for the power supply. I don't know if they were designated R99 and R100.
Is yours coated with some sort of glue/fixative? The one I repaired took more than an hour just to clean up before installing the new parts.

Those are the snubber resistors from what I can tell. The ones on the primary appear to be 10 ohms. The ones on the secondary appear to be 470 ohms but could be 47. It's unlikely that they were damaged. What do the ones in your amp read?
