No signal. I have the two 2-channel scopes and 4 probes. Just the 2 probes connected in the above photo.
I am not using any ground connections.

I don't know what the scope is showing.
If you use the square wave on the top-op-amp on the driver board as an external trigger to get a cleaner signal.

I did switch to external trigger.
I had the trigger on "Auto". I tried adjusting the level and it moved the signal one way or the other and off the screen.

At this point, I''m not sure which way to go since there doesn't seem to be a way to get reliable waveforms.
I am beginning to believe that the problem may still be with the output board.
I do not have a triangular waveform.
The square waveform on pin 7 of the top TL072 is the same amplitude at the tops of R33 and R32

What are the chances of having another amp come in with this board?
Did you look for the triangle waveform on pin 1 of U13 with a load connected and no outputs in the circuit?

I have only had one other and it is back with the customer.
I am going to try and get another driver board.
Would it be a good idea to go ahead and remove the outputs?

It depends on what you're going to check next.
I don't remember you reinstalling them after you were looking for drive signals with the loading capacitor. Did you say that you reinstalled them?

I never removed them. I was trying to use my differential probe and the scopes in differential mode.
Remove the outputs, connect a load across the speaker terminals and look for the triangle waveform on pin 1 of U13.
