Hifonics 2010D Protect Mode Help.

I am having a difficult time with this amplifier and can't figure it out. Looking for some guidance on the steps I should take.

The problem: The amplifier is currently in protect mode and I am not hearing the relay engage at all. Does not click once when 12V is applied and the remote lead connection is made. The light comes on green and goes to protect mode 1 second later. Currently at this stage I have the driver board pulled.

The power supply I am using is a Pyramid PS-52KX

A list of what has been accomplished since this amp has been opened:

1. The power supply contains 12 STP75NF75 Mosfets (Designaton Q9-Q20) wich all have been replaced from a batch of the same date code.

(All mosfets were individual checked regardless according to Speaker Load and Amplifier Failure)

2. All 12 of the 47 Ohm gate resistors in the power supply have been replaced (Circuit Board Designation R32-R38 & R42-R48)

3. 2 of the PNP driver transistors in the power section have been replaced with the same date code: A1275 (Q8 and Q8A)

4. 2 of the NPN driver transistors in the power section have been replaced with the same date code: 2SC2383 (Q7 and Q7A)

5. The audio section uses IRF640N (Q202-Q204, Q208-Q210, Q214-Q216, & Q220-Q222) and the new ones have been tested and replaced with the same date code.

6. All of the 10 ohm and 100k ohm resistors in the audio section have been replaced (R204-R209, R216-R221, R234-R239, & R246-R251)

7. The 2 LM7815, and 1LM7812 voltage regulators have been replaced with matching date codes.

9. The Driver board in this one has been pulled right now which is located at IC201. It is labled CON1 Driver board 81013 V1.0. This is the common one found in the Hifonics 2006D models as well.

10. Swapped in a known working 2610 PWM 081013 board to see if it was one of those timing smd resistors for the relay i read in another post but no such luck.

11. Swapped in a known working relay: Golden GK-C-1A-12D

12. I have tested the FR105 diodes (D20-D27) they are all showing around .455v

This is what I have accomplished so far. I have checked every pad/via for shorts that I have worked on but I should point out that since the amp has been opened, the original problem of the protect light remains as well as not being able to hear the relay engage at all. I also have been referencing the Aq2200 schematic but the audio section is slightly different. Any help or correction is appreciated.
 
Did you replace the transistors in the rectangle?

Sometimes the op-amps will cause the amp to go into protect but it's generally those two transistors.

Yes, those have been replaced with the same date code from the same batch and were tested to be good out of circuit.

I do not have the driver board installed right now but from my experience the amp would indicate a green Led power light without the board installed.

Question: Would it make a difference to have the boad installed back into the circuit after initially removing it? Possibly like somewhat of a reset if those transistors were initially the cause?
 
I had one that had a defective op-amp, which was causing the protect. I first replaced the 1D transistors in Perry's photo. Not until I replaced the op-amps did it come out of protect. They are probably TL072C, not sure.
