I'm new to this DIY audio and have built an amp based on the LM3876 chip. Now I am contemplating something more advanced.

How about the SC480, the replacement to the old ETI 480, any thouhts?

Welcome to the forum. I don't know anything about the SC480, but there are plenty of ideas floating around here that you can pick up on. Don't forget the many Pass designs. Enjoy.
