My name is William, i'm a guitar player and singer in a few bands, i try to do my best in a trio named "Brama!" (brama.es - www.myspace.com/bramarocks), i use my own home-made guitars, effects and amplifier, which are not much, but at least in working condition. After a long time trying to find a sound to my taste i thought, why not doing it myself?, i think now i'm almost happy with my sound, but i need lots of fill in my knowledge; i think this is a great place to find it.

Your English seems pretty good to me; I had no trouble underatanding...
My son plays guitar, writes and sings. He is always tweaking his effects pedals and finding new recording and effects programs on the web.
I have always constructed circuits at home. I would usually get a book of handy circuit ides, and then modify them for my uses, then I got good enough to use transistors and ic's to breadboard and build some of my own. A project plug-in breadboard really helps when you're experimenting with changing parts values to get a circuit to do what you want.
I always had LOTS of test leads with alligator clips on them for when I had lots of temporary connections to make.
My big interest is car audio where I buy speakers, amps and such, then connect and install them in my own unique way to suit myself. Like your musical experimentations, my car audio is definitely NOT conventional, but it sounds verrry good.
