Just joined. never tried to write thread.hope this gets in. i am a 64 yr old bench tech working in eureka, ca for a small firm. found you all via google search for ssm2404 used in an amp i'm working on. of course, no readily avail info. the spec sheet i just printed shows 24v max but schematic on unit says source is 32vdc!!and it does appear to be used as a switch. i'm on the clock so will sign off and hope to get the amp fixed. btw it is an atkinson dynamics pcb amplifier 2581875a.
