Hi Guys
This forum looks so good, I had to join. Long may it continue🙂
I worked for a while as a test engineer for a pro audio company🙂
until they merged and re-located down south🙁
Now I do industrial electronics repairs, keeping the wheels of industry moving.
I read some threads about motional feedback loudspeakers, using dual voice-coil drive units. I did some work on this topic,
and I derived a simple formula which explains it's operation very
well. I designed a pair of subs using this method and they perform well. I still use them, but the last couple of years I've
been bogged down with computers. Ive got CAD stuff and Test & Measurement stuff on my computer, but never get round to using it. You've already given me the inspiration to to follow my love of music and audio, so thanks!
If anyone's interested in my work on motional feedback, I could
post it up.
Cheers
Johnnyx

Posting Diagrams

I would like to post some diagrams for you, but I'm not sure about the size that would be best. I can convert Proteus schematics to a windows metafile, and then convert that to a gif, but how big is best? I dont need many colours. The metafile came out at 6MB, for a simple sketch:cannotbe:
Iwill post at the end of the existing thread, where I saw the discussion, unless you suggest otherwise.
