Hi no need center tap. if you have center tap you can use it!

Transformer for Phono-Hi end:
In put: 110 or 220V

out-put: HV= 0-200 V/100mA, or 200 -0-200V. ore 0-200-220 V is is ok
7-9V/ 2-3A for filament D3A
