I've been lurking on this board for about a year now...figured I might as well register.
I'm a moderator over on a large car audio board, but the immaturity level is driving me more and more away from it (the average age is somewhere around 17, and the idea of a "system" is nothing more than a subwoofer and amplifier). I've installed a small SQ-based setup in my own vehicle and do a little competing in MECA and IASCA, but what I'm really addicted to is home audio 😎
I'm in the process of building a tube-based 2.1 system for my apartment, will post pictures and reviews as everything comes in over the course of the next couple months.
I'll stop rambling now...🙂

Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy the conversion from car audio to valves. Lots of us here are quite keen on valves.
I used to own a Decware SE84CS, still kicking myself that I sold it...even though I didn't have anywhere near the right speakers for it at the time, was certainly enough to get me hooked.
Oh well, my new setup should be a little upgrade over it 😉

this is a great forum. glad to see the move from car "audio" to tubes 🙂
