I am woring in a auto environment I am debating between 2x JLW7 dual voice coil 13.3" or 4x JLW7 12" I was hoping someone would mind helping me out to see if I could even fit 4 in my car.I. am horrible at this software as I don't really have an understanding yet of loud speaker physics yet.

Buy yourself a little time to do some reading. Software is just a tool. You need to know what it tells you or you won't know when it is wrong. My favorite is Measuring Loudspeakers by Joe D'Appolito. There are several probably more basic books too.
