Help with unknown pcb Vikings Audio Forge

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this circuit board? I can’t seem to find much. It’s says Vikings Audio Forge and Bahamut project.

Other than it appears to be a DAC (or part of one) can't help you.

Start with the chips, find out what they do.
Then check if it is working.
If not, trash it, and move on.
You may be able to salvage parts.

Given the source of the board and current world events, i wouldnt expect much support for some time 🙁
