I have a few ucc3895n phase-shift Ics and i just want to try them out on a breadboard to see what range of phase-shift i can get for a project i am thinking of doing.
However, i have followed all the data available on required external components but cannot get them to work! When i turn the power on, the current consumption kicks right up and limits and the chip gets really hot! i don't understand what i am doing wrong! I would never expect this. Even with just the vcc and gnd pins connected it burns.
any ideas?
thanks
