I have this older th15a that i wanted to try to fix if it was cheaper than buying a whole new speaker. It blew awhile ago so this is just a side project

I replaced a resistor today and that still help. OL light stays on and I'm not getting any sound other than a little static. the volume of the static doesnt change as i turn the volume knob up or down.

Help please!

Sorry, you're not going to fix an amplifier module without a schematic(circuit diagram) and some test equipment. Have you positively identified the amp as the problem, meaning did you test the speaker drivers with another amp to see if they still work? And have you looked for a replacement amp module? I owned some Mackie thumps at one time and both woofers died so that is why I asked.

I looked at a replacement module and I found a guy who can fix it for around $120 but for that price i would just rather spend a little more and get something brand new. When i tested the speakers with my multi meter I got a reading of 4.5 for the tweeter and 5.3 for the sub.
