Help with soundstream x3.2k4 amplifier

Anyone have a reference of the card that controls the output mosfet, any way to remove the black part to be able to work it or someone here with that part to sell?

If you heat it (where there are no components), does it soften?

I tried the side heat station that has no components but softens it is on the side of the components even heating from the back of the card. Another suggestion

If the card isn't available and it's defective, give it back to the owner and let him make it someone elses headache. Not all amps are practical to repair.
