The numbered metal tags inside the second one are often a marker for Tungsram Hungary.
No idea about the first or third one, except to say that West Germany on the outside can sometimes mean East Germany on the inside! Glass seams on the top are a sign of Philips manufacturing technique, but not necessarily always in a Philips-owned factory.
The first one has shiny pins with a sharp end, and bright red pin seals - usually a sign of Russian or eastern bloc manufacture. Could be RFT?
