Help with Planet audio AC1500.1 +27vdc on the speaker channel

This are the measures I'm getting

A1023 PNP transistor

B-C =14.6 Mohms
B-E =15.2 Mohms
C-E = OL
Inversed all OL

C1027 NPN Transistor

B-C =12.6 MOhms
B-E =14.2 Mohms
C-E = OL
Inversed all OL

U1

Pin 1 A output =198 mv dc
Pin 7 B output =152 mv dc

U2

Pin 1 A output =195 mv dc
Pin 7 B output =125 mv dc

Those look OK. They are a bit high but that could be from using the primary ground instead of the secondary ground.

Remove C114 and clean the area under and around it with alcohol and a toothbrush. Remove 100% of any contaminants. If the capacitor was leaking, replace it.

While you're cleaning, remove any flux or other contaminants on the top and bottom of the board.

Confirm that the black fixative on the capacitors and emitter resistors is a soft, rubbery type.

Are all of the emitter resistors within tolerance (very close to marked value)?

Yes C114 was leaking already removed it.it gonna need to wait some days cuz I don't have any spares. Well my eyesight is getting worse I didn't notice the leaking cap at all .Emitter resistors are all in tolerance. Also I have some black rubber cyanoacrylate for speaker repair you think is good idea seal them with it? Also the transformer.

Don't apply any adhesives to anything at this point.

Do you have any capacitors that are close in value to the one you removed?

Walmart reading glasses, 3 pairs for $7. +2 diopter are good for general work. +3 for close-up work. If all you have is one value, you can stack them for quick use.

I managed to get a capacitor of same specs from an old car stero I had around I tryed to check the amp again but this time the amp blew my 10 amps fuse that i was using to protect the amp. Should I just put a new bigger amp fuse for protection or really something wrong?

Perry I find the culprit it was Q106 I take it out by mistake checked it and it was in short I had some spares around and replaced it. I take out all transistors in the line to check them too all where good w/o no leaks put it all back together for test and the amp is working now.

Funny history I get this amp for 10 bucks 7-8 months ago I was going to use it for spares for another amp I had around but never really use it and forgot about it. so this week after some drinks fixing my Z3 find it in a corner again really never tryed to turn it on to check it and the rest is history now I have a new amp for my car . Thanks Perry I learned a lot this week you helped me 2 more times before and both times those amps where running again. I really apreciate your help. Thanks.
