You will not find any substitute for the original chip, as it is a custom hardware programmed cpu, as most syscon processors are. However, it is very unlikely that it is bad. Look for defects outside of the chip, in the peripheral components.
I check all the volts from schematics and i found that :
pin 1-5,1v like schematic
pin23-0,45v (here i have 2 values in schematic 4,7v/0,45v)
pin26-1,18v (2 values 4,0v/1,0v)
pin28-4,8V (2 values 5,0v/0,0v)
All this volts exist when the amplifier it's working .

All this volts exist when the amplifier it's working in tests, because stand-by and mute doesn't work.
Those are all normal readings, going by when the dual voltages should be one or the other, by function of attached circuitry. You should see if you get a voltage change on 37 when you press power button and on 3 when you press mute button.
Well, after 8 years (valentinleonte post) it also happened to me, that I needed a UCPU Pioneer PD5165A, which I can't find anywhere else. I have spent many hours searching for this component, but not successfully. Does anyone have any idea where I might possibly find this obsolete component (NOS or used Good).
