i am trying to build a pre amp using a National LF442CN. I have got a it working and with pleanty of volume but has an annoying hum. But only in a few amps!!!! When i touch the jack casing it ceases and works great. As far as i can tell i have earthed it all well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
