Help with identifying TA2020 board

Hi guys,

I bought this ta2020 set on ebay and I'm considering replacing the jwco 2.2uf 25v capacitor with a Jantzen Superior Z-cap 2.2 uF 800V 2% capacitor. Does this sound like a good improvement?

Other than that i am having trouble identifying the other parts on the board. Has anyone seen a familiar ta2020 board? Pictures can be seen below:

i recently purchased this ta2020 board (scroll down for pictures) and i am trying to figure out which parts to replace. does anyone recognize this board from the pictures? i was thinking of installing a jantzen 2.2 uf capacitor. does that sound reasonable?

IMO, no.

If you're replacing you might want to consider if 2.2uF is the correct value for you. Generally speaking it's probably a too large value for most set-ups it would be used in.

Secondly, I don't like physically large capacitor made for high voltage as these can pick-up a large amount of RF noise. Caps made for lower voltage will generally perform better.

It's basically the same principle as people using air core inductors meant for loudspeakers in the output without having considered the consequences of it then becoming a highly potent RF transmitter.

Use components designed for the purpose. Class D and loudspeaker passive filters have completely different requirements.
