Help with driver for my diy sub

I want to get a nice 12" budget driver. I was thinking of the

I really don't know what to look for so I posted all specs. Is MCM good? I hear good things about dayton but from what I here fs and xmax is important and mcm is rated higher. I really don't put my music up loud. This is also for my 12x12x8 foot room. How much watts should my amp be? if it is 120rms and 180max does that mean at least a 200watt? IF it is 175rms and 250max does that mean at least a 250watt? Thanks

I haven't tried either unit, but if you don't want your bass that loud (meaning the Xmax doesn't have to be large), the Dayton will do. Besides, I feel that the Dayton is more powerful...
