Help with DIY Mains Conditioner / Filter

Hi all

I am attempting to assemble a mains filter from this web site



Building a mains conditioner.

Trouble is that I cannot find parts for Q1 and Q2 ,

Can anyone help and advise if this part is correct or even close 😕

No, that part is not even close. Q1 and Q2 are in the signal monitoring section where the voltage delivered to Q1, 2 is limited by ZD1 to 12 volts. Q1 and Q2 are bipolar NPN transistors according to the diagram and are not NMOS transistors like your parts link. You need a low voltage small signal NPN transistor something like a 2N3904.

You can see from the parts placement diagram for your mains conditioner that Q1 and Q2 are a T0-92 package like the 2N3904.
