Help with DIY Active Bias System

I would like to incorporate DIY Audios Active Bias System boards into my Crown SXA in order to stabilse the bias and help prolong the the life of my EL37's. I am having a little trouble working out the connections and was wondering if some of the more knowledgeable board members here could help me flush this out. I have attached a schematic with the ABS module on it.

I'm afraid I know nothing about the Crown, and I think maybe this reply has come too late for you anyway, but here is a diagram of how I loaded the ABS into my Ella amplifier:
