I'm going to attempt to gut a Bogen CHB100 and rebuild it from the ground up for a learning experience. I have done recap and board builds and thought this a great amplifier to learn from scratch. I want to remove everything except a volume control and power switch. I have attempted to create a schematic with information I found online but I know my makeshift schematic probably has a couple screw ups. Any advice on what should be changed?
Thanks in advance.

The first two stages are mis-drawn - they can't be direct coupled that way. But even if capacitor coupling were included, isn't that a lot of gain?
You might consider conversion to different, current production output valves at some future time. 7868s are great, but really can't be made any more. Otherwise, looks fine.
All good fortune,
Chris

Looking again larger, I'm seeing resistor values one to three magnitudes off: input stage cathode resistor, PS voltage divider, bias trimpots. Fix these first.
