Help with Bias of LUXKIT KMQ80

I recently modified something of this good PP amplifier, change the topology of the EF86 from pentode to Triode, rising some voltages there, I replaced the common cathode resistor by a CCS in the mullard Phase Splitter (6AQ8) but my intention is rise the bias of the output stage to 240mA but taking down the voltage of plates actually from its actual 250volts to 195volts, the output stage is driver is made with a 12BH7 as cathode follower directly tied to the output valves grids. I change the voltage as I described, but the capability of the pots for change the current in the 12BH7 leave to the cut in the bias current of the 6336A. The question is, I have change the condition of the driver current for change the current and consequent rising of voltage in the cathode? Which part of the circuit must I change to put down the biasing voltage of the 6336A?
My further intention is work more in class A2 without more power dissipation that exceed the values of 30Watt each triode. I read that Morgan Jones uses 31,5watt with a fan ventilator.
