Looks like they made a mistake somewhere, because all the low voltage secondaries are stated to be 2A on the web page but only 1.5A on the pdf. You probably should contact them and ask for clarification.

If the 5v tap is 1.5A on secondary 4, then the 6.3v tap on secondary 4 will also be 1.5A (unless it's a very strange winding, in which case the 6.3v could be less than 1.5A - certainly not more).
