Does anybody know the valve from Telefunken with the number RS383.

I think it is from WW2.

Hi Benny,

It appears to be a power amplifier tetrode (edit: pentode) for RF capable of anode modulation.
Can a Dane understand the data sheet?

I try

German datasheets is not the best but some words is close to danish.
English has also some word close to danish.

No need to translate for me. Just for yourself if you are interested 🙂

This kind of valve could be used in high powered output stages, but will require very high voltages for good performance. Not a good project for a newbie

The big tube is to a project in the future. 😎 😎 😎

1. I have build a RIAA preamp.
2. 2 clones af Dynaco mark III monoblocs.

Working on 2 SE based on KT88 (I like that valve 😎) monoblocks to my friend and a 832 based stereo amplifier to my working room. Yes I work a lot with valves.

The next project is a complete preamp based on 6SN7 valves.

I am working with analog electronic design 8 hours day so I am not complet newbee.
