Help to identify balance pot

Hi there,
The balance pot from an 1990's Marantz PM 35-II amp I own is goosed. I can't find a replacement part using the part numbers on the pot (see photos attached). Can anybody please suggest a suitable alternative currently available. Complete newb when it comes to this, but I've put my multi meter on the pot and one side seems to work work perfectly with a smooth 0-100K control, whereas the other side looks like open circuit, which matches with sound only coming out of one speaker.

Pots are always hard to find; balance pots more than most.

I have often resorted to jumpering the pot so sound comes through. Jump 1 to 4 and 4 to 1.

This is electrically correct, higher quality, mechanically very different. It may require wiring change. It may not fit your panel, or your knob.

I would spray in some contact cleaner and test again.
Then I would open it and check if the wiper is making contact with the carbon part or if the carbon part is damaged somehow.
You usually don't touch balance pots every time You listen to music...
