Yes, mostly all MT-200 transistors are obsoleted and very hard to find.
Check, could you put TO-264/247 mjl3281 or njl3281 on the place of MT-200?
I don't understand....njl or mjl......3281 and second transistor?

The trimmers can be replaced with Bourn sealed units- I add a small wire (usually a cut off form a component I have installed) on the wiper and then they will fit- it is neat and effective

2SC5200/2SA1943 also can fit.

C2565/A1095 will *all* be fake now. They were gone 30 years ago. They are not exactly an “MT200” - hole pattern is compatible, but they are only a 150 watt device not a 200 which is fortunate. M/NJL/W(any package, whatever fits, just make them the same) 1302/3281 will work if the application does not absolutely require an 80 MHz fT to get full performance. The SOA isn’t anything spectacular on those originals - the only differentiation from the other stuff Toshiba was making at the time was the speed. And a package that was only around for a few years, making it a real pain in the neck.
