I am in processing with an AlephOno.I want to have balanced outputs but seems the irf 9110 is very hard 1)to find correct datasheet 2)to buy...
Anyone knows a source to buy it?And find the datasheet?
If obsolete,what could I use instead?/input capacitance/power and voltage requirements/available?

IRF9110

Passlabs swapped from this to the IRF9610 on the Aleph amps. It is a diiferent package outline but I would not think that it would effect you building copy of Aleph Ono. A little more capacitance but I think it will work fine. I changed the IRFD9110s to IRF9610s in my Aleph 3 with no problems.
