Hello friend. I have AMP TARAMPS HD10000 and I have berned smd element.. I do not understand what it is for and what it is responsible for?
On the Internet I did not find anywhere about this ...
CASE - SOT-23-5
On the:
TARAMPS 8k - 6QKE
TARAMPS 10k - 6QKE
TARAMPS 8k - 6QKE
TARAMPS 15k(2016) - 6KSB
TARAMPS 15k(2017) - 6RFM
I've never seen anything like this in amplifiers before.

Attaching photo:
The amplifier works on two drivers Si8244bb and 8 transistors IRGP4066 on 4 for each driver. Near the transistor there is a cm element SOT23-5 with the marking 6QKE. I think this element is on the defensive part. On the TarAMPS 8k on the board signature SE, opening the container 10k I saw the signature under the element SENSOR1 and SENSOR2. The total number of legs used is 4 out of 5, 1,3,4,5.
1. The first one goes through a zener diode in an unknown direction, or rather, how much I tracked on a 220 ohm resistor, then 100k and further to the last leg of the controller peak ... the second sensor also comes to a resistor of 220m.
2. The second is empty/none.
3. Third on the gate of the transistor.
4. Fourth I so understand the ground cascade,
5. Fifth to the source of the power transistor.
On one of the amplifiers I cleaned the tracks to make it clearer
For any think inf-n - THANKS!!!!
With best wishes

You can check it by desoldering it from the board

Hello friend. Thanks u very is much.. That is IR25750.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

There 3 glass zener , empty places

For future reference...
