Somebody of the list could help me, I am wanting to create an amplifier class d with tension + / - of 1000 to 2000 WRMS. If somebody has a circuit to send I am grateful, I am new in the forum.
Thanks to all.
Excuse me for English.

Take care. Even if somebody is going to post a schematic. The schematic is just half of the path.
Lower power, may be 100W...200W, is not so troublesome. But several kW end up in high voltages, high currents.... at high frequencies this means high di/dt, high du/dt... both generating noise and tending to disturb the circuit itself.
Such beasts usually do not work just by a fortunate accident. Things might be easier if you go to low switching frequencies and allow slow switching transients. But for a full range amp you might have some struggle. (At least I do have 😉 )

If we talk about 1..2kW.... The schematic without proper construction development it`s like TICKET WITHOUT BUS.
The schematic alone will give you nothing.

...ohh yes...
Right now investigating some decent 10V...100Vpp from one end of an wire to other end of the wire. The peaks are about some ten ns wide... The length of the wire is just about 50mm... It is the half bridge wire between upper and lower MosFet, this is causing quite some undershoot for the driver IC.... resulting in malfunction/shut down (IRS20954S) or death of IC in case of my design variation without shut down (IR2113)...
Have fun
Choco-Chief but Class-D-Rookie must go on to play with high currents....
