Oh wow, they look almost the same !75AS-065 - a "clone" (not exact) of Fisher STE 1200/OTTO SX-P1.
xx-AS0yy - Class 0. probably great, good the very least
xx-AS1yy - Class 1. probably decent, good even
xx-AS2yy - Class 2. Ok maybe, probably bad.
xx-AS3yy - Class 3. Terrible, avoid.
xx is wattage, yy is model within the class. You always want the smallest class number.
As far as wattage goes you may also want to pay attention to the standard followed. For example my Amfiton 50AS-022 and 100AS-022 are pretty much identical (small difference in crossover), difference is that 50W rating is based on GOST standard from 1969, while 100W rating on 1988 standard. Drivers are identical on both, only standard difference is reason for wattage difference.

It is good to not to use Google translates, it make me even harder to understand than use a 1980 Russian dictionary 😀
Short answer, since both selection, availability and money are heavily limited: go to some showroom with a couple CDs you like, listen to *all* , even the out of reach ones, just to tune your ears, and buy the best you can afford.
FWIW I try to go at least once a year to Teatro Colón, our Buenos Aires Opera house, and listen to some LIVE unadultered real Classical Music (sometimes even Russian Composers, go figure 😉 ).
Close my eyes and imagine I am listening to the best Hi Fi system in the World .... which it is, of course. 🙂
Only problem is that for a couple months later I like NO Hi Fi system on Earth 🙁
Then I get used again to the compressed dynamics, lack of soundstage, muffled sound, fake bass , distortion, etc. of even the best ones.
Oh well.

So 35AS-015 and 25AS-027 will be well? 75AS-065 seem be quite overkill for me 😀
My father has 25AS-027 and they're pretty naiss. They use isodynamic/orthodynamic tweeters which are very directional so small change in listening spot has profound effect on freq response, something to keep in mind.
35AS-015 have better lower end which might be better for you. I have no personal experience with them so I cannot comment much more.

Better lower end are not important, since I have the subwoofer. But 25AS-027 seem be not big enough 😀 (my friends sometime turn up the volume so much which have blown some small tweeters of previous system, as the amp is 100W RMS into 4ohm ). 35AS-015 are easier to buy but more expensive.
Seem be 75AS-065 will be the best choice in the future, now for something smaller 😀
The tweeters aren't gonna burn out on the 25AS-027, they're very rugged. 300W amp didn't blow them out at one party hahaha. 35AS-015 would not have survived that, or my speakers for that matter (unless I dial down the highs knobs).

Thanks for advise! I will go for 25AS-027. But they can be out stocked whenever 😀
