Help to calculate 2-way crossover with 7000 Hz

I need help calculating a 7000 Hz 2-way crossover for the following speaker configuration:

2 x Visaton FR 12 8 Ohm parallel (4 Ohm)
1 x Visaton SC 5 8 Ohm

Small, flat, closed enclosure only 3 liters

EDIT- I may have mixed-up the woofer and tweeter. You can do it right.

You will also need a series resistor (a few ohms) on the tweeter to match its output with the woofer.
That will shift the tweeter's crossover point downward, so the capacitor will need to be a little smaller
than without the resistor.
