Help: TDA1541A DAC Output To Tube Gainstage

I want to connect the TDA1541A DAC to a tube gain stage via passive I/V conversion with a 50 ohm resistor.

My tube gain stage has a 100k resistor from grid to ground.

Should I remove this 100k resistor ?
