I'd like to find a supplier like Mouser, Digikey etc. but nothing shows up in any search engine I've tried.
TIA

Not sure about anything except what I posted! Like I posted, nothing helpful shows up in a simple search. I'll check the company you are referring to.
it is for a Rod Coleman V-9 regulator. I was trying a few thing out regarding placement and heatsinking and wanted a few replacements.

Sanyo TF409, and 2N60 also come up.
2N60 is a very common computer SMPS component, used for the standby voltage in most cases.
Sometimes a 13005 switching transistor is substituted in that use.

Don't get replacements from AliExpress though, whatever you do, high risk of counterfeits... The part number is AOTF409 or AOTF409L I believe (not clear what the L means, it might be that its available with and without isolated tab but the datasheet isn't clear).
The datasheet linked in post #2 of this thread, says that the AOTF409 and AOTF409/L are electrically identical BUT the /L is also halogen free. Both of them are Pchannel MOSFETs, not diodes.
