Supposed that I can find a professional to re-wind my broken speaker, should I re-wind only the broken one, or also the non-broken one?
I am unaware of anyone offering to rewind voice coils, usually, as the VC former may have been damaged in the blowout, the speaker is just reconed. If you use the original manufaturers recone kit (if available), then you don't need to do both, any differences will disappear as the surround beds in.
If you do find someone who will rewind the VCs, then do both, as the new winding is unlikely to be even close in characteristics to the old one.
However, it is probably just quicker, cheaper and easier to buy a new matching driver.
