Can someone please let me know what is the value of resistor 613? This is the vertical resistor right next to U601. I believe it is a wire wound resistor. It burned and I cannot make out the color bands. Thank you.

Wire wound do not have colour bands. I will try and find a schematic and get back to you.

It is a 0.1 ohm 2 watt resistor I suggest to replace with a 5w type. It is in the source lead of the flyback MOSFET Q612. Make sure you check R630 and the totem pole trannys Q624, Q625
Check also R612 = 33 ohm, D613 = SR106 and C612 = 0.022mfd 250v
