Help please, i need to modify a 3 way car crossover (x6)

i recently bought 3 pairs of sony es mobile 3-way car audio speakers and i need to modify the crossovers. Everyone without expetion buys this kit and uses it in active set up to have acceptable results. The crossover points between the midbass and midrange tweeters are 1khz and 7.5khz and it should be 500-700hz and 3.5khz from what some users have tested their sony es mobile drivers.

I want to install these speakers one 3-way per door/side in a car using only 4 DSP and amplifier channels. I want to modify the crossovers. Atleast the highpass to the tweeter, the crossover between midrange and tweeter i need that one to be 4000hz. Can someone tell me wich of the components in the photos i need to change and with what?

if i only were that knowledgable to draw a schematic i would probably be hable to pinpoint the part needed to be switched out...unfortunately despite being motivated to think of drawing a schematic i dont think i will be able to do so. But lets see, tomorrow i can take it appart and see what goes where...

Its 5am here, i will take the backface apart tomorrow and give my best to draw the schematics. Its a pitty not to use the original sony bo amp crossovers imho. Thanks alot for reaching out to me. Will come back tomorrow woth a drawing, pretty sure i will manage.

I'm struggling in this area in 2 places. What outputs are connected to each other below the terminals, I can't see well under the paint line.

What is the metal block? Is it a switch and how is is configured?

Allen is challenging you...it is obviously a 2nd order crossover from the parts count, the crossover point being around 500 and 5k Hz from the dimensions of the coils and the caps ( check the one- Polyester - that goes to the tweeter) , and the switch between two series resistors.

No crossover points are 1000 and 7500. But i want to know what parts i need to make it 500 and 3500/4000hz..i dont want to buy new board. I want to try to change some parts and i will do the same for 6 crossover boards...because i have 3 kits bought..

For twice lower cut-off frequencies, it is (theoretically) necessary to double the values of all components (capacitors & inductors) in the crossover, except for the resistors.
The first problem is that I believe that it will not fit on those PCBs, so you have to make new, larger crossovers.
The second problem is that the new filters won't suit the drivers at all, I'm sure of that.
The third problem is that when this is done and the 2nd order filters are retained, the tweeter and midrange gain much more power than with the original crossover.
So I don't recommend doing that.
