Got one with varying DC on the output (.850V ... 4.5V depending on turn on/off cycling)

Hi, Just been reading your old post regarding the Phonic Power POD7 and wondered if you have a schematic diagram for this model, please? The problem with mine relates to the protection IC (TA7317P) which is not turning on the speaker relay. If I manually power the relay, the unit works fine. Any help would be appreciated.
