Hi all.... I am in the process of finishing a Zen V4.
I got both channels running and have the sinks already, so now, I am trying to figure out the chasis lay out and the best way to mount the transistors, since the way they are now are running a little hot
I am trying to decide between Kapton, Delta Pads or Sil Pads
any coments.
Another question... I know that Kapton and Sil Pads are Greasless... how about Delta pads?
thanks.

Hi,
if you can believe the specs the kapton ones have only 0,07°K/W wich makes them the best by far.
I´ve used them for my Aleph5 and X without problems. The big advantage is that they already have some grease applied so no messing around with grease all over the place.
