Contact a local woodworkers club. I think that there are two or three in your area in Southern Arizona. They all have websites, so that's how you can find them.
Tell them what you want done and someone may do it for a reasonable fee. It doesn't matter whether a good woodworker has ever built a speaker cabinet before or not. If you have plans he can do it. It's a pretty simple project.

That is what i would do also in your case. Find a woodworker in your area that is used to build furniture and he will be able to do what you need and have the tools for it. He just need a detailed plan and maybe help with the electronic side (crossover, speaker and connector mountings) but the woodworking part won't be a challenge.
