Cool site, I've got it book marked now. One suggestion though; I wouldn't separate the TDA1541 and TDA1541A players so rigidly, as a lot of players took both.
The only difference between the two in terms of circuit implementation was that the TDA1541 requires a BCK input to pin 4 in either multiplexed mode, while the TDA1541A didn't, but needed an external DEM oscillator capacitor (pins 16 and 17). Most players have both facilities (DEM cap and SCK input), and hence are compatible with both.

Quite a few CDPs shipped with either chip, depend on what was available at the time.

You've made great site, my SONY CDP-950 has TDA1541A inside not non-A version as listed on your page.
Please find attached file with list of TDA1541A and non-A CD players, it is filtered from vasiltech on-line list one month ago.
