That's a tough one.

I can only find up to CK632 in this Raytheon catalog:

http://www.wps.com/archives/tube-datasheets/Datasheets/Raytheon-SP-1041-5M-8-61-WEA/4.JPG

It seems to imply that the CK6XX series were early numbers for indirectly heated subminis, and were re-numbered with normal JAN 5XXX, 6XXX, and 7XXX numbers.

If you inspect carefully you can figure out the pinout and what type of tube it is. But unless you have a bucket fuill of them it's probably not worth a lot of effort.

If it's 8 pins it is likely either a dual triode or a pentode. You can tell which by looking at the structure.

ya i found other CK 6XX but no luck with the 644. Im not to educated on tubes so looking at it doesn't confirm the type. I think pentode but im not sure at all. I was kinda hoping this would be an ideal tube for a mic.
Anyways i dont have many but i would like to make use out of what i do have so im willing to ship one to a US resident in exchange for as much details as possible.
Pin out, suggested voltages, and application. Anyone a man of there word willing to figure this guy out for a free tube drop me a line.

Thanks for the replies fellas.

Excuse me i wasn't really looking at it yesterday.
It is in fact a dual triode.
No takers huh? It might be a cool tube for a guitar stomp box! 😀

I just don't have a lot of free time otherwise I would happily volunteer.. IF you are not in a huge rush I would be happy to do it as a favor to a fellow member.. A single tube is not going to be of much use to me.. (And I really don't need any more tubes!)
